In the hot months of June and July, all weeds and unwanted grass will be killed in two rounds. That will be followed in August or September with two rounds of aeration and overseeding to establish your new lawn. You may choose sod installation for an additional fee if that option is preferred. Sometimes it may be necessary to mechanically remove or alter the top layer of plants and soil. This can be done for an additional fee.

Proper fertilization and liming will ensure that the soil conditions are right for establishing brand new grass growth. Be sure to arrange for regular chemical applications after new grass is established to keep it growing properly.

Your lawn will look “under construction” for a few months, but come next spring you will have a plush sea of grass for seasons thereafter with proper regular chemical treatments.
